Do you guys keep stats on the number of restore requests too?

What happened: He wanted to remove a file and typed rm *. (then his
finger slipped while he was holding the shift-key...)
When it happened: Approx. 4:30pm on 4/15/92
Last Time it was modified: He was modifying files on 4/14
