The RS6000/220 in the Test Cluster (the loaner from IBM) is down.
Upon reboot/power cycle, it will turn the screen white and hang with
a 553. I have been unable to run diags on that system (trying to
run diags results in nothing on the LED).
How should this be handled? It really isn't our machine, but it
would be nice to return it in working condition.
