Server shows 'timeout' by zyperstat. The new connection is down.
Possible bad deqna or desta. We should try to swap the desta
and if that dosen't work a FS call is in order.

Bad DESTA. Lou and I swapped the DESTA and the server attached to
the net. Also, the other DESTA's indicator light was out.
Forward to bigsteve for a replacement DESTA.
