Hello Rita,
Not long after my request to Hotline, Rob Smyser, manager of
the Architecture & Planning Computer Resource Lab in Bldg. 9, sent my
request to Jeff Schiller, who fixed the problem by restarting the
master 'timed' on, um, whichever machine it is that controls the
subnet that Bldg. 9 belongs to [I've since discarded the cc].
Sorry you weren't notified about the fix; thanks for checking!
