Karen Walrath had called 1410 today at approx 3:00 p.m. with an LNO3 problem
on Shazam (Code '2'). Karen had spoken to someone at 1410, who must of forgot
to enter the problem into hotline. I found out about the hardware problem
while passing Karen in the corridor. I believe that the top part of the 
interlock switch needed adjustement. The printer is now printing with excellent
print quality. If Shazam fails again with a code '2', a service call should be
placed mentioning a flakey main drawer interlock switch.
