  Hi,

  Once again we have a VAXstation 3100 that doesn't seem to want to boot up.
  I believe it is the same one that was having troubles last week but now
  is worse.  The following pertinent information is provided:


         Name: Gregory E. Osborne

         Location: Ocean Engineering Athena Cluster (rm 7-321)

         Machine: Intrepid (m7-321-6)

         CPU serial #: AB02406A7H

         Error message:  '/dev/v23a: Unexpected Inconsistency'
