Bill M. reported placeing 2 possible 4meg boards in E51-007-12.
These boards origanally came out of E51-007-1. What Bill was
supposed to do was put 1 4meg board in one machine and the other
4meg in another. Doing it this way we could trace the bad 4meg
board, if in fact it was only one bad board.
