Jerry-
The carpet installers finished replaceing the rug and fixing bubbles in
tiers @ 12:00 on Fri in 1-115. They replaced desks, just had to rearrange
a little so numbers would match their previous location. John Chase came
down and lent a hand hooking up systems and getting them up and running.
The replacement rug looks good but it would probably be a good idea for
you or someone else to come down and give it a looking over. Bob B. will
probably want a sign off on the work.
Its a good thing the rug was replaced. When the old rug was pulled up
the rug installers really didn't have to put much effort into it.
Still Outstanding:
1. Light fixture ends near printers. (contracter Phil Divers is supposed to
finish this with Bob B.)
2. Damaged desks. (Nancy Hannula 3-8373 working on) Returned damaged desk
supposedly repaired was rejected. Bob B. looking into.
3. Some work to be done to the light dimming switch. This will need to be
coordinated with Ann, Dot or Reid. I believe people from Barco will
also need to get into server room.
