    Hi Mat,

    I am writing from the Athena Hardware Hotline.
    You reported some hardware problems with your systems:

    mrfreeze:  ra0a hard error
               I was told that DEC came out to service your system, yet
               I have not been told if it is working or not.
                  Could you please send mail to hotline letting us know?

    RVD:  ra1c hard error
          

    Could you please send mail to hotline on anything? 
    I have been trying to call someone at ZBT for a week and no one is
     answering the phone.
