John Carr stopped by and managed to get portnoy installed. It will not
be necessary to have DEC field service come to see it unless we have
further problems.

SIPB: I will copy as many local configurations as possible back onto
portnoy. Did we agree to get a new srvtab? (I suppose there is not
really a choice if we don't have the old one.)
