Brian,
Can you check to see if this is one of alan wu's machines? If
it is then send mail to ed moriarity (username mory) telling him
that the machine needs a service call. In the mail message
include some of the errors. Ed should have someone contact
hotline to let them know when it will be convenient to service
the print server.
