Hi,
Since this is spring break and system usage is lower than it would
otherwise be, we will be conducting the following shutdowns later
this week.
Just lemme know if you have any questions.

*** Scheduled Athena Outages ***
1) Lockers stored on the Athena central NFS servers 'Hecate' and 'Rodan'
will be unavailable from 11pm Thu Mar 26 to 7am Fri Mar 27. While they
are out of service lockers stored on them will be unavailable.
2) The Athena AFS server 'Pollux' will be out of service on Fri Mar 27
from 8am until about 10:30am. While it is out of service, volumes on
it will be unavailable.
3) Workstations in the W20 public cluster will be shut down during the
night of Fri Mar 27 - Sat Mar 28, and will be restarted around 7am
Sat Mar 28. The shutdown schedule is:
IBM PC/RTs: 6pm Fri Mar 27
all others: 4am Sat Mar 28
