Jerry-
I have called Nancy Hanula pertaining to the rug replacement and damaged
desks.
Carpet> Nancy received the go ahead paper work from Bob B. to order a
new rug for lower level of room early this week. Nancy has
placed the order to the rug co. The rug should take approx.
2 to 3 wks to come in. The installation will be coordinated
with us along with the fixing of the bubbles in sides of tiers.
Desks> Spare desk is still out being repaired and should be returned
early to middle of next wk. Upon it's return it will be inspected
by us to see if it has been repaired to our satisfaction. If
repairs are not satisfactory we will have to get the process going
for replaceing damaged desks. If repairs are acceptable we will
have to schedule 1-115 around the repairs of other desks, which
will probably all have to go out at the same time.
Also outstanding are the 2 light fixtures over the printers in the corner.
These light fixtures need the end of the troughs to be complete. It's not
known to me if the ends were ever there or they disappeared.
