there is some water damage in 4-167, I don't think it's from anything
resent. The following is a breakdown.
1 ceiling tile broken near A/C.
1 tile pushed out of place.
4 tile's water stained.
1 tile missing.
Water stains on wall and pipes on right wall as you walk in.
I've been trying to get in touch with Ron Mendez to see how we should
procede. I will be handling this per Jerry.
