a microvax in the e40-370 area won't reboot

I'm not sure what the problem is. Whenever I reboot the workstation,
the monitor remains blank. The text that usually appears on the
monitor after a reboot doesn't show up at all. Can you stop by and
check it out? The workstation that is giving the problem is located
in the cubicle space directly across from the water cooler outside of
E40-381. The monitor has a sticker labelled "Maui" on it. Thanks
