#18 was found with a panic seg fault. Halted and ran fsck manually.
When system came back up checked usr/adm, which had a lot of lost
contacts with servers, a couple no swap space errors and 2 sd2 hard
errors syncerr's which occured at 12:30am 3-11-92. System is up and
running now.
