A problem was reported in the reachability of hosts to the 18.82
network. This turned out to be a problem with the B11 cisco router;
when Jeff restarted it, the problem was resolved.
Total outage time: apparently a few hosts became unreachable at 6pm,
with more and more hosts becoming unreachable at 9:30pm and b13gw
becoming unreachable at 21:45pm. Apparently, the Cisco router was
becoming more and more confused as time went on. All hosts on 18.82
became reachable at 22:24 after the B11 cisco router was restarted.
