Both Lou and I tried to log into demeter to bring plato's queue back up
but we got the following message.

login: no shell: /bin/csh: I/O error
Connection closed.
I checked with Kim C. who checked logger and found that demeter was having
problems with hard errors and ok'd a service call. I will tell champ to
have the engineer contact someone in kim's group before service is rendered.
