This printer was reported with a paper tray problem, which resulted in a huge
print back log. I have found that the paper sensor has been broken off. I have
replaced the paper tray with one from my stock. I have placed a service call
for this printer on Wednesday.

The Cyphuss printer is now up and operating properly.
Rita, Please consider this call closed now. My paper tray will be replaced
in the a.m. All set.
