Just in case you haven't heard yet...
The video cable on m14s-010-5 on the computer side of the connection
has had its screws sheared off. The remaining portion of the screws
are still stuck in the machine. Good luck on getting them out.
I think this happened because people like to turn some of the
machine's heads around so they can use the deeper desk space. The
cable is just barely long enough for this and any tangling pulls on
the strain reliefs.
I found this machine with its head so turned and the cable unplugged.
