I.S. have seven user hotlines; Athena three. In an effort to
coordinate them, I.S. has set up an 'hd-alert' [help desk alert]
mailing list, to which notices of events like short-notice
power outages can be sent.
Rita and I asked I.S. to put 'hotline' on the mailing list;
so we'll receive notices of such events. ('Cfyi' is on, too.)
