Odyss crashed today at ~2:00pm. The system was down for ~2 hrs.
The problem was due to the failure of a cable that controls
the tensioning on disk drive 1.
DEC is checking on the fco for the hda. If necessary, DEC will service
the drive before we put it back online. (To put the drive back online we
need to reboot the machine.)
DEC is also checking the significance of the "serdes errors" that have been
occurring on drives 2 and 3.
