There is a note in resolved (reference # 14143) that states that Dave Towle
replaced the power supply in this unit. This machine is once again not
pinging. Dave Towle has mesaured the voltage in 3 places on this system.
1. A.C. wall outlet, 2. power strip, 3. cpu cord. This has shown that their
are 5.2 volts (Ground to Neutral). The ultimate reading would be 0. However,
a .1 reading is acceptable by DEC. This is way over the legal limits. This
particular system has had a history of problems a well. Please contact
Marty Hughes with this information. Believe that an electrical problem is
present for this Pal11 machine.
Thanks,
