Hi! I'm John Piscitello and I'm the head TA for 6.111. In 6.111's
lab in 38-600 we have some athena workstations and a couple of athena
printers. Currently the athena printer pal-ps has a full toner collection
bottle, and is low on toner. I would like to know how to go about getting
it serviced.
This is my *second* message to the hotline mailing list regarding
the toner collection bottle (being low on toner is a new development).
Did you respond to my first message? I did not receive any word about it.
Please, let me know what's up. Thanks!
