	Hi! My name is John Pisctello and I'm the head TA for 6.111. Here
in the lab we have two athena printers, pal-ps and pal-ln03. pal-ps
is currently displaying the "Replace Toner Collection Bottle" message.
I was wondering how we should go about getting the machine serviced.
