Hi, I sent mail once before about our cluster's printer. Since then,
I've replaced the OPC, and it didn't help. Test pages consistently keep
coming out very, very faint. Someone suggested it may be a toner
problem, that the old toner got contaminated and is blocking the output
area. Could someone please suggest a possible solution, or make a
service call? Please e-mail me.
