John Sciutto called in about a printer in 35-217 named "Snow
White". He says that the machine just will not print. He says that he
spoke with Rita , and that she suggested that he change the OPC kit. He
did so, but it still doesn't work. He first got error 8, then he got
error A which is a combination of errors 2 and 8. He also says that
Digital came and changed the motor, but that didn't seem to help either.
He would like someone to give him a call on Monday so that he can get
the printer serviced. The serial number is "SN: HY 38032".
