This workstation was reported down. Tried RQBADS, and software (NO GO). It
appears that, when on a reboot, the DEQNA is not noticed, therefore the 
machine is unable to setup the network. I have placed a service call for
M37-312-9 for Tuesday. S/N  WF54005648  LOG # T61549
