A user came in saying he is hesitant to put in more paper because the
active print job is spewing out "garbage" printouts -- looks like some
ascii picture file of sorts. There is no way to lprm someone else's
print jobs, so your help is needed to reset the printer or something.
The user is not logged in. He left his job running without making sure if
there was enough paper.
