Hello, we have an LN03 printer at our cluster that is having some
printing problems. I was wondering if someone could tell us the probable
cause, or come out here and take a look at it. It is not an Athena
printer in the normal sense, but it is covered in our service contract.
The problem: before the break, I shut the printer off because the toner
light was flashing. After I returned, I added toner and printed out a
number of test pages. The result was very light. Today, I printed out
some 30 more test pages and the result has not improved. Printing may
have occurred over break while the toner was low. The OPC was replaced
shortly before break began, but may have been exposed to light since.
