I just received a phone call from Alison Salsbury in Political Science
regarding a call she had made to hotline over a week ago regarding some of
the PS/2's that her department (in E53) had received from Athena. They
have been placed under Athena maintenance and are in need of repair. Rubert
Young was supposed to come out and look at them this past Monday or Tuesday.
He never came and when they call hotline they only get voicemail and never a
return call. Can someone please either call Alison Salsbury at x3-6635
today or, since she won't be in next Monday or Tuesday, call Carla at
x8-5880 on Monday to let them know what is going on.
Also, I'd appreciate your letting me know when this problem has been resolved.
