Themis seems fine now, and it has been up for the last week. The user's
report

doesn't really contain the time he attempted to login, or the machine he
tried to login on, so it's hard to guess what caused the problem. It could
have been due to a number of reasons. If he has a problem logging in again,
he should report the time and the machine he attempted to login on.
As a side note, usually if there's a problem with a file server, it affects
lots of people, not just one. So, if a single user wants to know if a fils
server is down, it usually isn't. But, thanks for forwarding the note.
