For software updating, 'pollux' (an AFS server) will be out of service
Wed Jan 22 from 2pm until about 4pm. We hope to move all the user-visable
volumes, so that this outage will not be visable to users. Here;s an
easy way to see if a volume is located on pollux...
fs whereis <directory>
