Subject: E40 Stairway Metal Door (1st Floor)

This Door was reported with a hole big enough for a child to reach, and get
cut pretty bad in. The hole is located just along side of the door handle on
the right side facing the E40 lobby. The hole is very jaggard with very sharp
edges. I have notified Physical Plant, who has placed a work order with the
Metal Shop. Please leave note active until fixed.
