zprstat showed w20-east-3 as being down.
doing an lpq on this printer showed the following:
lpq -Pw20-east-3
W20-575-P1.MIT.EDU... Printer Error: may need attention! (fuser cover open)
I have shut down the queue untill someone could get over there to check it
out. Could possibly be another broken cover.
