Hello Mauricio,
DEC has repaired the LN03 in 1-252 called 'ln03-1-252-2'.
According to DEC, the printer needs a maintenance kit (it's not calling
for one by the blinking maint. kit symbol on the front of the ln03,
but the OPC belt needs to be replaced and that is reflected
in the poor print quality.)
It is your responsibility to replace the maintenance kit.
