Chris, The light print you describe about 3/4 of the way down the
page looks common to it needing a new maintenance kit. The
maintenance light is not on but the OPC belt (black belt)
is sensitive to light and fades just where you describe.
As for the blurry print, please try a maintenance kit first
and see if this fixes the problem.
