While the majority of the problems with the printer SUM have been fixed, other
problems persist. In particular, the print is blurry on the right third of
the page or so, and there's a spot about 3/4's of the way down the page on the
right side where the print barely shows up at all. I'd appreciate your
looking into the problem. Thanks,
