Just to keep y'all posted:
I spoke to yet another person at PP, Mary Mullen, about all the things
which have been occuring over this weekend. She seems to think that it
looks rather obvious that the construction job should never have been
signed off (and by the way, says that PP went to 1-115 NOT 1-107), but
is going to review all the logs, talk to her supervisor and Bob Barlow
and try to come up with the real picture.
