After Christmas the disk drive on the print server in 14N-336 was replaced.
However, I think the printing software was not loaded in since I have been
unable to print from the printer 'eos' in 14N-336. Hotline--or whoever--may
need to check this out. I'll be back after the first of January to help as
needed.

ps: Jim: you'll have to print off 'neos' in 14N-0637 until this is fixed.
