Hi Jerry,
This printer has been up since approx. 11-14-91.
We were not notified to it as having a problem. As far as hotline new
it was up and running properly.
Maybe it would be a good idea to verify that equip. is up before having
it PCI'd.

Hi jj,
We do not want this printer fixed, it is old style. Fuser unit is
burned out and paper tray mail ballast lever is broken.
Why wasn't this working before DEC was called for PCI?????
