What's wrong:
SOUP's floppy controller needs to be replaced. The machine
occasionally crashes or hangs when the floppy is used. We have
determined in the past that the problem does not lie with the
drive itself. I believe this floppy controller is out of date.
I must be present during the repair. I am in all day Tuesday
through Friday.
