Net-help,
Due to a problem with our lap top I was unabl to telenet.
However, the linl to the repeater is good. I reset the 3100
and I saw the drop transmitt. The PC halted on it's reboot.
There could be something wrong in the root dir. Please keep me informed

Problem: Ed Moriarty reports that this machine says
"No hesinfo" and won't allow logins.
The machine does have hesinfo. It can be re-installed with
software if necessary.

Network box has only PWR and SQE lights lit. This is a new install
(installed "a couple of months ago") and never came up. No RCV light.
