The original note regarding this problem has vanished from hotline.
This cluster was reported with all the machines down. I have verified this
problem, and had suspected a repeater somewhere. I had contacted Chris from
network services, who located the repeater in a pull box at this location.
I have removed the steel cover, and noticed that the repeater had a
Manual Segmentation Seg B light lit. I have reset the repeater, which has
corrected the problem. All 11 workstations now up and operating properly.
