I had to keep workstations running in the garden, so I moved the
Vaxstation 2000 `gaudi` out of 9-514 into 9-550 and turned olmsted
off for the time being until I can figure out where to put it.
The mouse button still does need replacing, though!
Thanks!
Rob

Subject: rt 'olmsted' mouse is pretty much dead
Date: Wed, 11 Dec 91 11:01:01 EST
The left button on this machine is pretty useless, and makes it
*really* hard to press the buttons of X applications. This mouse is
worn out and just needs to be swapped out.
The machine id stuff is:
hostname: olmsted
serial #: ibm#26-0002732
location: 9-550, next to old Apple Laserwriter
The students are pretty antsy about having this machine working, so
anything that can be done quickly I greatly appreciate.
If nothing happens very fast I will swap the mouse with m9-514-2
(which is currently turned off for a disk problem that is
unrepaired). But I'll let you know if I do that.
Thanks!
Rob Smyser
