The console message read uda0 controller error, sa =800e<ERR>.
I switched to halt enable mode and depressed the button.
The halt prompt did not appear. I then tried powercycling
the cpu which also did nothing. There was no self tests
running on the LEDS or screen. So either we have a dead cpu or
a bad controller. I vote for the cpu. Please call
this in this morning.
