This workstation has been out of service for quite some time because of 
monitor problems. Charlie Cornwall checked out the problem and reported that
a bad monitor adapter card was the culprit. This workstation is still out
of service, the screen is still blank, and the keyboard is missing. Has the
card been replaced?
