Pal11 needs software

pal11, in the 6.111 lab, is logging hard disk errors.
(Not sure if athena is responsible for this machine, but...)

  Problem:  JJ had just finished formatting
            when he was called away to an emergency (PP needed to be let
          into the Bldg.11 machine room to work on the A/C units and Jeff
          Schiller requested that someone be there to make sure PP did
          not touch the servers. I paged JJ and asked him to stop what
          he was doing and go to B11.)

          This machine now needs software re-installed.
