Hi,
Ops has 3 a1000 RAID units that have dead cache batteries (I'm opening
seperate cases for each of them). I beleive they are part number
370-3417, but feel free to confirm this.
We'd like to replace these during the Special Institute Closing, so
we'd really like to have the replacements before you guys leave. This
does mean that the dead batteries are unlikely to go back before the
Institute re-opens in January. Hopefully, this won't be a problem for
Akibia, but if you think it is going to be we should figure out how to
work around it.
