According to opdoc/SERVERS.sav, otus was supposed to be the time master
on 18.58. I logged in and noticed that the timed was not running on the
server. The server was properly configure to run the timed though.
I have started timed by hand. It appears that it had died. Everything
else looked fine with the machine.
